Joe Lauzon is a UFC veteran, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, coach, and owner of Lauzon Mixed Martial Arts.

After nearly two decades competing against elite fighters, Joe now applies those lessons to developing athletes, building strong academies, and helping everyday students become more capable and confident.
